This is my second wedding but it's the same man. My ex and I went our separate ways for 13 years, we got back together 5 years ago.

Since it my second wedding I don't want a simple white dress, white petticoat. I want to add a splash of color. My dress is going to be a tea length dress. I want a white dress with a turquoise petticoat.
Is this crazy?

Not crazy at all. Coloured petticoats are awesome! I have soft, light peachy pink under mine, but I’ve seen much brighter:

Turquoise and coral are my wedding colors. Turquoise is my favorite color. But, my bridesmaids will be wearing coral. So, I think my petticoat should be coral. I'm undecided

I think a bright accent in a dress is great. The main thing is to choose a dress that suits you.

I might get a different dress. I really liked my dress when I got it 2 years ago. But, I didn't get that bridal moment (if that makes sense).

I'm just hoping it's not going to cost a lot to get my dress altered. I'm taking it from zipper back to corset and it needs to be shortened. It's a little longer than what I want.
