Adding camo to my dress?

Before I got engaged and even met my FH, I knew I wanted a corset that I could add camo ribbon into (picture attached). When I got my dress though, it didn’t have a corset. Anyone have any ideas as to how I can incorporate some camo into my dress?

I’m supposed to have a belt added onto my dress, my shoes will be boots and my jewelry will be pearls from my great grandmother. I could possibly look for boots that are already camo..

You could get an orange belt! I think I've seen some with a camo and rhinestone buckle.
