Add off the shoulder sleeve?

Also I saw on etsy that they sell detachable off the shoulder sleeves so I might look into that also.

It’s gorgeous the way it is but if some sleeves would make you feel better go for it.

I'm doing the same thing to my dress! I decided to purchase additional lace appliques and am having a seamstress create detachable off the shoulder sleeves. With the sleeves being detachable, you'll have the option to wear it either way throughout the night! (Sleeves for ceremony, no sleeves for reception, or whatever you choose!)

I think the dress is gorgeous as-is, but off-the-shoulder sleeves would look great too! I've seen similar dresses with that type of strap and they fit well.

Maybe she has come material she can place on the dress while you have it on and are there for a fitting? That can give you an idea of what it would look like.

I think they would look pretty! I added detachable off the shoulder ones, wore them for the ceremony & pictures, then took them off since I couldn't lift my arms and wanted to be able to move naturally during the reception.

Thank you so much! Yeah they were easy & I was happy I added them. I did manage to break them even before the ceremony but I had safety pins & pinned them back on. I just pulled my arms up to fast and I think the clasp came off because it was too much pressure for the snap to just unhook. But it all worked out.
