Accomodations

Kristina, on November 25, 2019 at 5:59 PM Posted in Planning 0 5

We're covering accommodations for my immediate family and our bridal party for our wedding. We have rented 2 large villa's that sleep up to 50 people. I don't think everyone I invited will stay with us or go to the wedding. How do I determine who's next on the list to use that space as others RSVP and decide not to come?

I would have “reserved” rooms for those you KNOW are staying and the rest is first come first serve

You can't reserve single rooms, only the entire property.

I meant it as You rented out the property - you have immediate family and the party already staying there so they are the “reserved” spaces at th property- to determine who else stays there I would have it just be a first come first serve or talk to FH and select who you would want
