Is anybody hiring accommodation for getting ready. A suite or something, could really use some inspiration.

Your best bet is likely to be the hotel/apartment where you stay for your trip there.
You might also want to rent a rehearsal room, perhaps? NYC is full of studios for dance and theatre rehearsals, some starting as low as $15/hr, but they will be super simple and basic.

Have you already booked your accommodation where you will be staying while in NYC? If so, you will certainly be able to use your room as a 'getting ready' area for one of the parties.
