Accommodation Cards Wording Help!

I'm writing out the wording for my accommodation cards for my DW. I want to make it clear that we are paying for everyone's rooms in the card and that they are all invited to join us on the 16th and 17th of August. How do I word that so there isn't any confusion?

Since everyone is coming from so far away and we are only inviting about 15 people we are going to pick up the room cost. I know it's not the norm, but it's all family and we really want everyone we invite to be able to make it.

Krista, I think that what you have written there makes it basically clear, but you may want to say something like "we are covering the cost."

You did it perfectly. I would not add anything about "covering the cost," This is covered by your choice of words "A room will be provided for you." Great job!

Yes you covered it with the "a room will be provided for you" and on a sidenote... I think that's amazing that you guys are paying

Sounds perfect, I agree - little bigger font or bold font, or both.. little hard to read.

The way you worded it soudns good, but I think some people will still not understand. LOL
You could put something like
"We are very much looking forward to celebrating with you! And in return, we are providing the accomodations for your stay."
