Dress 2 reminds me of prom. But if you already bought it then maybe you can use the first for the ceremony and the 2nd for the reception?

We aren't having a traditional reception... just a plated dinner overlooking the ocean near the ceremony so there won't be anywhere to hold the other dress. Plus, it will be hard traveling with both of them... they are pretty bulky in their dress bags. Yeah, Dress 1 is more formal and Dress 2 is more informal. The ceremony is more informal as well... no walking down the isle, no wedding party, no chairs (everyone is sitting on personalized towels on the beach). Thanks for the input for sure!!!

1 is a lot larger than it appears in the photo... the leg slit isn't as prominent either. Both of them are pretty comfortable for the most part. Dress 1 I have to tug at the top a bit since it is strapless, but the skirt is very flowy. Dress 2 I don't have to tug at the top, but the skirt part is only flowy past my knees. I would post pics of me wearing them, but I don't want pics of myself in my dresses on the interwebs until after the ceremony. Here are the front and back of each:

Ooooh....I am in love with dress 2!! So different!!!! Gosh, I wish I had the body to pull something like that off - ha!!!

But.....since you say it's only flowy below the knee, you may have difficulty walking in the sand in it, so I would vote for #1....which, by the way, also happens to be gorgeous. What a great problem to have!
