There’s no criteria that makes a dress specifically a wedding dress. Check out other places besides bridal salons like prom dress shops and anywhere else that sells evening gowns.

If budget matters, Mary's Bridal sells some bridesmaids dresses with all trains in black. I do not know if they add sleeves custom, but they sell matching fabric or lace if you want a dressmaker to
add them.

It doesnt have to be a "wedding dress." You should be able to find plenty of black gowns online and in your local department stores

Cocomelody has some pretty black dresses too. They've got a 'try on' option so you can order it and try it on before you commit to buying it.

There's a surprising amount of places that offer black wedding dresses, but like Mrs. Spring suggested, you could try searching for Black Mermaid Lace Gown or something like that. Alterations may be able to add long sleeves to a dress you like with black lace.

Cocomelody has black dresses you can try on at home. Otherwise look at evening dresses.
