Need some advice on what to buy to “lift” the girls up

I don’t do underwire so what other types are out there. I have been looking. No luck yet.

Trusst makes the best bra for anyone over a D cup. They don’t have underwires but they do have a plastic mold that lifts and holds your girls but doesn’t put pressure on your shoulders.

Now if we are talking with a wedding dress, we need way more information about what your dress looks like and what kind of structure it has. I went with no bra but that was because my dress was very structured and had boning in it. It was so nice!

I'm planning on having my seamstress put cups in my dress so I won't have to wear a bra!

I got my second dress yesterday. And because I am plus size it’s still hard to find the right lift. I have never tried the plastic molds. I have seen them but never purchased.

I'm planning on wearing one of those sticky bras with the draw string in the front. My dress has a pretty plunging v neckline so I can't put cups into my dress Smiley sad

I’m plus size too, with 36G girls. What type of dress is it?

I'm having cups sewn into my dress. I don't want to be messing with a bra all night.

I am bigger on top and have found a lot of success with Kinesio tape. There are videos/diagrams that show you how to apply it to get the right shape.. works like a charm and works for all types of sleeves/backs. Plus it is CHEAP Smiley smile

I'm a 36F/G and had cups sewn into my strapless dress. They worked well.

I considered having cups sewn into my dress so I wouldn't have to deal with a strapless bra. I ended up feeling like my dress had enough structure that I didn't need anything. Plus, I don't do bras with padding. I don't like feeling bigger than I am in that area.

Now, the cups they showed me at the dress shop...they had major lift. They did tell me that they could get cups with any level of padding (in my case, I wanted way less than the sample they showed me). But if you're looking for lots of lift/padding, a seamstress can help you find the right cups to have sewn into your dress.

Depending on the dress structure, I managed to find some of those tape petals at Journelle for DD+ (I'm a 34 H). They don't do much but my dress is pretty structured so I can at least get a tiny (minimal) lift and a decent separate from the tape and my dress takes care of the rest.
