I don’t believe there’s a one size fits all answer here, people have different libidos, schedules, needs, etc. As long as both partners are satisfied with their sex life it doesn’t matter how they compare to whatever number others think is healthy.

I agree it changes week to week but if I had to put a number I'd say at least two. I work long shifts 3-4 times a week & sometimes it's days sometimes it's nights so it all depends
