a dress 'rule' that I find confusing......

I hear all the time how I dress needs to fit the venue. I can see in some cases you needing to cover up certain areas because of the rules of the venue. or maybe not wanting to wear a train the beach. But I personally can't envision a bridal gown ever being 'wrong' for a wedding. I could never pass...

I hear all the time how I dress needs to fit the venue. I can see in some cases you needing to cover up certain areas because of the rules of the venue. or maybe not wanting to wear a train the beach. But I personally can't envision a bridal gown ever being 'wrong' for a wedding.

I could never pass up a gown I loved because it was 'wrong for the venue' but then my venue doesn't have rules and in a town where you are greeting by all types in all kinds of outfits, I can't really imagine anything not matching in my book Smiley smile

did you choose or reject a certain dress because it didn't fit your venue?

    Its my wedding and I am going to wear what I want! I guess if I was on a each or a park I would choose to not wear a ball gown but for the most part I would say do what you want to do.
