This was my dress (on the model cause it looks better on her) lol but a couple weeks ago I decided to sell it and buy a new one.

Mom getting married on the beach, so I’m glad I got a dress that won’t drag on the ground too. (Although it wasn’t a deciding factor since I got the dress before we decided on venue.)

Mine's untraditional for the color, the cut, and the price! I got it for less than $50 at Nordstrom Rack. (I could hear the FMIL screams of terror as I did so.) LOL

No popular boho, lace or illusion neckline/backs for me. Although my dress isn’t too “out the box”, I haven’t seen many striped dresses (mine has 2 alternating silk fabrics in ivory to create the striped effect). I’m almost 100% sure that not many others have it and can rarely find pics anywhere (and none on actual brides). The dress is from the Fall 2015 collection by Judd Waddell and he pretty much stopped designing wedding gowns after that. I searched all over and finally got crazy lucky and found one bridal shop selling the dress new/unused. So I purchased and had it shipped.

I’m adding an extra-wide rhinestone belt for the ceremony and then changing it to a uniquely different belt/sash in blue for the reception.

I LOVE the pop of color in mine and I'm getting white sheer puff sleeves with navy blue silk cuffs added to it and putting a bow of tartan ribbon at the top of the train.

I'd say mine is pretty unique in the sense that I don't think i have seen any other dresses with backs like mine? I could be wrong though lol

My under fabric is also a blush color so it sticks out a tad more than traditional white or ivory or nude.

The front is pretty traditional I think though.

Mine was different due to the color, white just washed me out in every shade but red is the color of love and passion and in all is just much more flattering ❤️
