411 for bridal party

I just sent emails with any relevant information. I personally hate group texts.

I made a Facebook group page with all of my bridesmaids from different states and it’s perfect

I do a group chat for me to communicate and my girls respond in a private text back so no one gets 50 messages and if someone feels uncomfortable about anything they don't have to say it to the group.

I made a group chat for them. I sent links to all the things they need to order, and all the important dates and times.

Be careful though. I made the mistake of sending a text to the group chat that was only meant to go to one of them lol

I created a Facebook group chat. Other than my ManOH, they are all out of state and only .of them vaguely know each other. Technically I haven't added my ManOH yet because we've only been discussing who wants professional makeup.

I sent formal proposals with their dress information, then the hotel date & blocked hotel. The dresses were long, so there was no reason to dictate their shoes. I let them do whatever they wanted for hair & makeup. I did have a group text but I would only send a text about once a month or less.

Group chat

I texted each person individually since I know most hate group texts. For the bachelorette party, we made a Facebook event. A few weeks before the wedding I mailed all bridal party members an invite to the rehearsal dinner and also included a timeline of the weekend.

Group texts are usually great for day-to-day life and plans with friends, but honestly I found that texting everyone individually was 100 times easier to ensure that everyone got the message. We had a larger bridal party, but I hated when I’d send a text about something and get a bunch of “ok” or “sounds great, can’t wait for the wedding” texts and then the original message gets lost. I’d just type up what I wanted to say and copy/paste it to each girl (FH was responsible for communicating with the guys).

I have a group chat w my “tribe” as well as FH has done the same w his guys. I’ve left the guy wear totally up to FH as it is “his day” as well as mine. I just hope he picks what I will be good w them wearing lmbo

I would just text them individually. Group texts are a pain in the butt. Be careful though, if you are requiring specific shoes or a specific hairdo/professional hair, you need to pay for it.
