40x60 Reception Tent Layout

Brigid, on July 2, 2020 at 8:23 AM Posted in Planning 0 1

With the ongoing pandemic we are hoping for the best, but preparing for the worst, for our October 2020 wedding. Trying to get some insight on the best case scenario of having 120 guests in a 40x60 tent and the overall flow/layout. We are having banquet tables and like the idea of long rows, but the two poles at the center have been the trickiest part to work around.

Below are different schematics (each large square is 5x5)- would love to hear feedback. Thanks!

I'd recommend not putting seats near the poles so people can get around if they need to there? Is there an option to get the tent without the poles? I know they're a little more expensive but might make it easier for you. Another option might be not having the long tables and instead but the poles in between the tables so nobody has to actually go by it.
