$3,000 Budget

I am working with a pretty small wedding budget of $3,000. Does any one have any ideas of how to make this work? We want a kind of small wedding with 100 people. The main things I want to spend money on are the dress Im going to try to find one for $200, food for the guests obviously, and a videographer I just want it filmed so bad the one I have in mind is the cheapest one I have found at $750. I am blessed to have my grandma who works in a flower shop to help me with those. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. It is very appreciated.
