I plan on doing it after all dances and cake cutting. After that its on with my party dress.

Given the postponement, I decided to look into reception dresses and bought one on Thursday. Our first dance will happen right after we enter the reception and I’ll still have on my main dress. Then, I’ll change dresses as guests are finishing dinner, which is right before parent dances and open dancing/mingling.

View Quoted Comment Gotcha! Yeah, I want to spend a good amount of time in each dress. So the first dress will get about 4 hours and the second dress 3 hours.

I will change into my new dress at the end of cocktail hour, then, when they announce us and we make our reception entrance, I’ll have a new dress and another bridal moment.
