Hey Girl Hey! Harlem Renaissance/Jazz Era is the theme. I wanted something lively and fun. The Great Gatsby, (the book at least ) is so tragic. I love that era so we are going to roll with The Jazz Era and the meaning of Harlem Renaissance to my fiance and I since we and are friends are poets, musicians, artists and entertainers

March 3rd, 2022. The date has significance for us, as it was the date that we became officially engaged. I proposed on the 1st, and he said yes on the 3rd.

Our theme is Less Is More.

We really wanted October 2021 but with Covid it was nearly impossible to get those dates because of all the rescheduling. The venue I fell in love with didn’t even have oct 2022 available! We agreed on April 29th 2022 this week, so now adjusting my theme a little bit and praying it’s not hot(I hate being hot!). Our colors are going to be a lilac purple and gray
