2021 Honeymoon - Thanks Covid-19

Hello we went there for my birthday last July 2019 and stayed at the xcaret hotel. It’s so worth it! The food is amazing at all the restaurants and alcoholic beverages included if you stay at this hotel along with access to all parks which is awesome. My advice is to space out your time depending how long your there visit the parks you want to the most first because you do get tired it’s a lot of walking/swimming and by the last day we were pooped we just wanted to chill at the hotel. Take extra clothes to the water park we didn’t do that the first day and didn’t dry off very fast because it’s so humid! Definitely take mosquito spray/sunscreen. Have plenty of fun

Our honeymoon was scheduled for Xcaret in late May but we are planning to postpone too! I know they’re closed through April right now and basically have a no money back cancellation policy, so were you able to postpone or get money back? Just curious because we’re about to try and reschedule our trip

We cancelled, BUT we are booking through Costco travel, not the resort directly. Costco is awesome, so we'll just put those funds to next year when we go instead.
