2 piece bridesmaid dresses

Teresa, on May 20, 2020 at 1:20 AM Posted in California Planning 0 10
Hello,
I live in East Los Angeles. My wedding is May 2021 in La Verne, CA My wedding theme is rustic romantic. I want my bridesmaids to have a 2 piece outfit. Chiffon top with a tulle or chenille skirt. However, I'm finding it difficult to find a store that carries these skirts or can make them in my area. Other than Amazon and China there aren't alot of options. If anyone knows where I can have my bridesmaids buy tulle skirts your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

It's not tulle or chenille, but I wore a long chiffon skirt from Amazon for my engagement photos and it was beautiful and very well made! You really need to pay attention to the sizing chart if you're going this route though...I wore 2 sizes larger than normal for it to fit comfortably. I paired it with a white bodysuit from Express, but I got a nice off-white tank top from White House, Black Market that looked similar to your inspiration picture as an option before I found the bodysuit.

Chiffon is fine. Do you happen to have the link?

That's great. I did see Etsy has tons of options but if you're like me and have plus size bridesmaids it can be a little challenging. Believe me I've done my research and tulle due not look good on pluz size but chiffon does. If I may make a suggestion, order sample skirt their revelry and a blouse. I ordered a dress for a regular size and a skirt/top for plus size sample for 10 bucks each. You have 3 business days to return them but this way you get to see what they look like. I also order a tulle skirt in plus size that's how I know they don't look good on them but the chiffon skirt and blouse did. It's just that some of the girls didn't feel comfortable. In the end we ended up going to Fashion district in L A. And we don't a really pretty chiffon convertable dress for 80 bucks each dress and in Dusty blue.

Stupid auto correct. I meant we found their dresses in DT LA that are chiffon and convertable so each bridesmaid can wear her own style she likes and in the true dusty blue color I wanted.
