2 Mohs and 1 bm - colors??

Just looking for some feedback on a little issue I created for myself in choosing wedding party colors... I have 2 maids of honor (my sister is matron of honor, my best friend is maid of honor) and they are wearing a different color dress than my 2 bridesmaids. They are wearing dusty sage and the bridesmaids are wearing peacock. There is only 1 best man and three groomsmen. So when coordinating colors, I want the best man's tie to match the matron of honor's dress... but the maid of honor will be escorted by one of the groomsmen.. should his tie match her dusty sage dress since he will be her escort down the aisle, or should I have him wear a peacock tie to match the other BMs and groomsmen b/c he's technically not a best man? I am leaning towards him wearing peacock since he should probably dress for the role, not necessarily just to match her dress, but just wondered if this has ever come up before for anyone - thanks!
