Try on different things that way you'll see what styles look best on you. And remember, you're the one wearing it so pick a dress you love vs what others love on you

Dresses are heavy! Expect to sweat, trying on dresses is a cardio workout.

One of the best decisions I made was wearing a strapless bra! They were able to use it to clip the dress to when needed (which made a huge difference when getting that image). Other than that, the dresses look way different on a person than on the hanger, so be willing to try on things you might not naturally grab!

Definitely try on styles you think you might not like. Trust me. I wanted an a line dress and always have..... Annnnnnd I ended up with the most tightest dress after my consultant pulled it for me and she was right ! Just be open and also don't expect to have that yes to the dress moment doesn't happen to everyone. You'll know which dress is the one.

Try on everything! You never know what you might love. Also bring water and the dresses are heavy. I was super tired after trying on dresses, I fell asleep on my couch after I got home. My FH was going to take me out to dinner to celebrate. That didn't happen lol!

I showered right before I went because I know from trying on dresses in the past (I've never been married it was with an engaged friend so she felt more comfortable) that they're heavy and cause you to sweat a little bit.
