About 6 weeks out I couldn’t get a hold of her for 2 weeks. Then our event order was wrong and their system was overcharging is. I had to call just about every department in the resort before she got back to me. And now after the wedding they completely messed up our room billing situation. We paid for our families rooms in advance but they forgot to charge the room rates to folios so all the rooms showed a ‘credit’ which went to any food or drinks spent at the resort. So they ‘refunded’ us what was left and then a week later attempted to bill me for the total room rates again and asking for credit cards claiming they weren’t given at check in. All in all I’ve been back and forth with them since then about the correct charges and explanations as to how this happened. Currently sitting on 4 pending charges on my card and one on my new sister in laws card from them in various amounts that they couldn’t seem to explain. The catering/sales department didn’t communicate at all with the front desk about our room reservations and the accounting department didn’t apply the charges correctly to the rooms and have been charging my card which they originally claimed they didn’t have on file. Complete nightmare situation to be dealing with in my opinion. But the venue is beautiful and the service staff around the resort are top notch quality, if this whole billing situation didn’t happen then I would have 100% recommended them
