Yes but I’m afraid to share it and let everyone jump on me for having a large gap between the ceremony and the reception.

    What time is your reception?

Mine is starting at 2:00, so this might help you. Do you have an email? I have a PDF I can send you, if you'd like it. It's too large to fit into the forum.

My ceremony starts at 1 also. But I'm having mine at church, I have to be there 30 minutes before and the ceremony is about an hour and they give us 30 minutes for pics at church which puts us at finishing around 2:30-3ish and after I want everyone to go straight to the reception which is about 10 minutes away. Putting us at officially starting at 4 or 5 Smiley smile

We plan on having cocktail hour from 2-3pm, then dinner from 3/3:15-5pm.

When we booked everything I didn't realize how much "crunch time" was in there (our ceremony is about 30 minutes long (we will probably start 5 minutes late to allow for everyone to quiet down and be seated), reception is about 5 minutes away, leaving us with roughly 1 hour 15 minutes to do post-ceremony photos! To counter this we plan on doing photos of me/my girls, me/groomsmen, FH/his guys, and FH/my girls before the ceremony and then doing immediate family (ie: our parents and aunts/uncles) after the ceremony in hopes we will be all good for timing purposes!

You are seriously so awesome! I definitely need to make a document like this!! Luckily we still have a while before the wedding, but I'm a planner and would prefer to work out the kinks now and know what I'm getting myself into!

Thank you so much for providing this!!

We're getting married in a church as well! Thankfully when we booked it, you get the church for the whole day so we can be there as early as we want (well, within reason haha)!

We are the same way with having everyone go straight to the reception!

Are you doing any photos before the ceremony?

Forgot to ask. Is there a software you used to create this? If so, would you mind sharing what it was?

So, this is the third time I have posted -- hopefully it works correctly this time!

Here is my breakdown of the day - I didn't know where to start either, so I just broke the day down into 15 minute increments and planned for who/what/where/when.

This was actually very helpful - we were planning a 1:30 wedding, but looking at the time frame I think we will have to push back to 1:45 unless some things give in the morning, but since this is tentative, I won't have a solid idea for a few months yet.

I am really, REALLY hopeful that we don't have to get up that early.

Don't forget to add travel time between spots and add in extra time blocks in case something runs over.

    Smiley smile
