Hello! My brides!

I wanted to ask or give me any ideas of how to get fit for my wedding. My wedding is in September of next year and I want to feel and look good in my dress, but I find it kinda hard to stick with a plan because of my job.
I work in healthcare and work 12 shifts. So by the time get out I feel exhausted and when I try to wake up to workout in the morning I still feel exhausted from the night before.
My meal planning is getting slightly better but!!! I really want to stick to get and get to goal weight. Before my wedding.
Any ideas? Or suggestions?

Can you do a low carb diet? when hungry, have some beef patties available. but you have to keep below a certain number of carbs consistently to make it work.

Maybe do push ups by leaning on something rather than from the ground. And jog instead of walk at work. I'm just brainstorming though.

Ok. someone is supposed to have suggested to find a buddy to workout with. Maybe you can find someone a similar schedule with you and then encourage each other.

I completely understand where you are coming from – I work a ton of hours and when you get off work, you are just so physically and mentally drained. It’s so hard to get motivated to go to the gym after a long shift! I’ve found doing 10 minute mini morning workouts when you first wake up are easy to get motivated to do, and don’t take much time (there are tons of these available online). I’ve also been trying to incorporate “mini workouts” into my day. For instance, I go for a brisk walk during my break. I try to stand and walk around as much as possible throughout the day. I do squats while I’m at the copy machine. I do isolated muscle contractions with my abs and booty throughout the day (easy to do without anyone knowing you’re doing it). It’s definitely not a replacement for a full body workout, but sometimes it's more about what you can reasonably do. Plus, small efforts do add up over time! Meal prep is definitely a must (including healthy snacks)! When you’re super busy at work, it’s too easy to eat junk on the go- so make sure you have your healthy meals and snacks ready for you every day! I’ve found calorie trackers are super helpful for me also. It makes me more mindful of what I’m eating, and ensures. I stay within my target calorie range. And make sure you aren’t forgetting to drink lots of water! I know I’m guilty of getting busy at work and forgetting to drink water literally all day 🤦🏼‍♀️
