1 year old Flower Girl

I'm having my Goddaughter be my flower girl and she just turned 1 on Sept 4th. Any ideas as to what she could hold? I'm not having petals or a basket (she'd likely eat the petals). I was thinking maybe a faux flower ball or a cute stuffed animal. Our wedding theme is Whimsical Woodland, so maybe a deer stuffed animal? Thoughts?

    Stuffed animal she could keep would be perfect. My daughter was the flower girl for my soon to be sister-in-law when she was just a year old. A suggestion is to make sure kiddo has plenty to keep her entertained during the ceremony, and/or a designated person to take her to another area if she gets cranky if needed.

    Aw thanks all! Sorry I was driving home from work and completely forgot I posted this until just now. I call it "wedding brain." I'll definitely post pics! I found the cutest fox and fawn and now have to decide which one. Thank goodness for Amazon Prime!

    Ohhhh I adore the stuffed animal idea! I think she would really like it too. From your theme, I think the fawn plush would be more fitting. But foxes are cute too!

    Stuffed animal sounds cute. My 1 1/2 year old son was our ring bearer and I bought a cute little pillow for him but when it came time to go down the aisle he wanted to bring a toy truck instead lol

    Does she walk? Our 10 1/2 month old niece was our flower girl, but she didn't hold anything down the aisle because she held hands with the junior bridesmaids so she could "walk."

    I'm planning on having her dad hold her as the "aisle" is a grassy hill and quite long. So I figure a stuffed animal would be more appropriate. I love the idea of holding fingers though! Smiley smile

    Stuffed animal would or baby be perfect! Maybe let her play with it a couple weeks before hand so she gets used to it
