1 week to go and I’m panicking about the dress!!!

How does the dress fit? If it’s perfect, then leave it be. If you are constricted and uncomfortable (in pain, can’t breathe, etc) then it should be let out. Everyone has something has something they don’t like about themselves which is “normal” albeit not healthy in the environment we have where so much focus is on being a specific size without any fat. Even with you mentioning it, what you are seeing in the photo is not noticeable.

I couldn't see back fat even after you pointed it out. I think, if it feels good to wear it, keep it as is!

I say that because for me, I forget what I look like, I mainly know how I feel. (Your mileage may vary.) If you get it altered to be larger, it might feel awkward or too loose, which I personally would be more aware of than how it looks from the back.

People will just be noticing your bridal look. They will not be looking for some undetectable issue about you and the dress. You should be just great.

Thank you all for comments and words of reassurance - I really do feel reassured! I love the dress, especially the way it holds me up in the front, I think I’m just having some anxiety because it’s so close to the wedding! I know my fiance loves me for who I am and will be delighted whatever I wear, it just feels like so much pressure being the bride and looking ‘perfect’.

Your dress is beautiful, and you look lovely in it. Last-minute nerves are normal, but keep focused on the big picture! You’re getting married to the love of your life!
