HI! I want to do my own flowers. Has anyone done this? Do you have a recommendation a good supplier and/or a warning of who to stay away from?

I am having trouble choosing an officiant for our simple beach wedding. I only want a 15 min quick ceremony but the prices seems all over the place. I also don't know how to pick the best personality...
