Does Wedding Wire back-up the vendors that advertise with them? Or do they let anyone advertise with them? So afraid to make the wrong choice with like, photographers, video, dj..... I mean what if...

Ok, I just have to ask. It seems I am the only person on the planet (or at least on WW forum ) that never heard about Etsy... What is this? Its an online store? How are the prices? Are they cheaper...
