Wedding planning amidst covid

Is anyone planning a wedding for 2021 but somewhat afraid of not being able to due to restrictions with big gatherings? I do not want a wedding where we have to wear masks.

What is everyone doing for guest book ideas in this time? Obviously we would love to have everyone leave well wishes but not have to deal with sanitizing something that everyone touches
