Bouquets and flowers

Is anyone doing their bouquets on their own? I’ve been looking at fifty flowers and it seems reasonable but I’m not sure if it would be very time consuming.
Alternatives to flowers?

I love flowers, do not get me wrong. I am not judging others that choose to have flowers placed around their wedding. I personally cannot justify paying hundreds and thousands of dollars for flowers....
