I made my wedding website on the knot, but am not a fan of their way of having RSVP's on the site. Any recommendations for another free site for RSVP's?

So FH and I currently live in an apartment and our lease is up 3 months before the wedding. Is it better to get a loan in one name to buy a house before we get married or wait and get a loan together...
