Wedding Website not scrolling

Anyone know how to fix the wedding website getting stuck and not scrolling on the welcome page ? I can't seem to scroll my wedding website on mobile phones.

I’m planning to have a wedding end of this year and I can’t decide where to have it . I really like the kukua beach wedding style but seems a bit expensive so we’re turning to Jamaica weddings maybe....
