A true pandemic love story… I met Cristal in January of 2020 while on a work trip in San Jose at a work outing while bowling. We had one special night, up til 5am the first night we met getting to now each other, the night ended with me saying “you have to come visit in la, there’s something special here” Cristal came down the first week of February for my birthday and continued those trips almost every other weekend up to the world shutting down in March due to covid. We found a way despite the shut down to see each other very often as I would drive up to San Jose, bring her down to la for upwards of a week and then drive her home. A few months later after being furloughed from work, on a trip I gave her a promise ring and asked her to move down to Los Angeles and in with me. She said yes after only dating 5 months roughly. In February of 2021 I proposed on a trip to big bear with our best friends and our families watching via social media. Our lives are now entwined here in la together as we officially booked our wedding date and venue on the anniversary of us getting engaged 2-18, and will get married 1-19-23 in San Pedro.
