What is appropriate to say when people ask if we are registered anywhere? We are both 50, this is his 2nd marriage but MY 1st. What's appropriate?

Im stressing myself out. We want a location within 1 hr of Orlando. We want beach ceremony and inside reception. We plan for 20 people or so. I feel like everything is almost 200.00 pp for reception....
