What do you think about convertible bridesmaid dresses? There offered everywhere. Having trouble choosing where to get it. My preferred budget is under $100 for my girls.

Ok so I know i just started planning but when should i start shopping for a dress??? The big day isn't until 10/17/2015 but i am hoping to convince my FH to move it up to September 2015.
