Rehearsal dinner

How can I add people to the rehearsal dinner when their already entered under wedding guest? It won't let me add/change.

While doing the website it won't accept Jacksonville FL...only Jacksonville Beach FL which is 2 different cities. Also the drop down city list doesn't drop down on the events page. HELP
