Website Trouble?

Is anyone having trouble with their website? For some reason, mine stopped displaying my "Welcome" page automatically. You have manually hit the welcome tab or my website just looks like a blank page....
No option for stacked website layout or custom html

I am not able to find the option to have a stacked layout and all designs are paged instead. Also, I do not see an option to add any custom html to pages.
