Where did you get your flower girl dress?

Starting to look for a flower girl dress but I want to make the dress affordable for the mother of the flower girl. Did most people just go to DB or some other bridal salon or something like Macy's?

Did your RB wear a tux or suit? How much did it cost?

The mother of my RB and FG wants to keep the total of tux/dress under $200. I'm just wondering price range on tux so I can find a dress to keep the total under that amount.
