Advice Please!! Makeup & hair at the resort venue for the wedding or hire a stylist for salon services and have them come onsite?

Hi Ladies, I keep going back and forth on whether to get my makeup and hair done at the resort as it is included in my wedding contract - and i would just add on my bridesmaid for makeup only....
