I will be walking my daughter down the aisle next September. Her bridesmaids will be wearing royal/regal purple. Would dark green be a good choice for my dress? I don't want to use any purples.

I will be walking my daughter down the aisle and in lieu of a father-daughter dance she has suggested a mother-daughter. I'm not the silly choreographed type so is a regular slow dance ok or no? It would probably be Mama's Song by Carrie Underwood....
