Activity for Shondra

I have a matron of honor, maid of honor, and 11 other bridesmaids. 2 of the 11 bridesmaids are my best friends and I want them to be called something different than bridesmaids. Does anyone know of a title that I can give to my two best friends?

I have a few ladies that I want to include in my wedding but not as bridesmaids. Does anyone know of any other roles they could perform on this day? Thanks.
