Activity for Terra

I have a very good friend of mine that I grew up with I want to be in my party but they are transitioning from fem to man so I said why not a suit but I have no idea where to start to get fitted and a custom color e.t.c.

I need help finding someone or someplace to get a custom wedding dress that looks like Padme's rainbow dress from star wars for a decent price but not looking cheap like a costume/cosplay. Suggestions would be happily received.
