Hey everyone! We just booked our venue this week (The Chimneys at Big Canoe) so we officially have our date of June 1, 2019! Other than the venue, the only other thing we have is the caterer bc it’s included. How’s everyone else’s planning going??

Hi all, so the venue we’re looking to reserve requires the entire rental fee as the deposit to reserve the date and it is 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. Is this fairly normal? It makes me so nervous! Just wanted yall’s thoughts. Thanks!
