Activity for Nichole

My fmil makes her own wine (she has over 300 bottles in her basement...I know crazy) if she corks and seals them would a bartender be able to serve them at our wedding?

We are having a small diy wedding (60 guests) just looking for opinions on if a day of planner is needed? I am very controlling and have done everything myself for the big day and my fiancé doesn’t think one is needed.
