So I got some stuff from a rummage that I really love. And I think its DIY I'm just nervous that I won't be able to recreate it or match it

Do I actually have to hire a wedding planner? How much I have a set budget and don't wanna spend more than what I need to, so can I plan a wedding without a planner?
