Anyone else regret their wedding dress? I feel like it makes me look bigger then I really am.... it's already paid for and altered 😭

I’m going to make pallet signs. Is it a must that I sand them down first? What’s the best sand paper to use? Should I paint them or use vinyl? And tips are definitely appreciated!
