I dont know who the designer is or where to buy it. I found the pics online on facebook. HELPPPP!! The only thing I can say is that I am pretty sure this dress may be Moroccan, Tunisian, Lebanese, Egyptian, or French, I can tell cuz of the touch....

How do you call this part of the dress in English? I am aware it's on the neck and some people may call it ''neck'', but there must be something else... you know, type, form.. I dont even know it in my own language. Sorry I made a mess with paint...
