Does anyone know of a place that does alterations for a good price and does a good job too. I bought my dress at David's Bridal and I've heard they over price. I'm 4'11 so I'll be needing some serious hem work lol! Please and thank you

I'm getting married April 2019 and all my guestsare from out of state. I've seen different times when i should send out Save the Dates but I'm unsure. Is sending them February too early or is it ok? Help!
