Help! My travel agent quit and the one that I’m with doesn’t seem to be very helpful. what do I do? I want to book under Carnival myself but how do fix this problem? We leave for our wedding in 44 days!

Hello all! I’m getting married in August 2018 in St. Thomas while cruising on Carnival Magic. Does anyone know if there is a service to stream/dry clean a wedding dress on the ship? I’m trying to find answers but no luck.
