Activity for Nikki

So, my fiance and I would like to go to Vegas to get married. Does anyone know the process on getting a marriage license? Does it come from the state we live in? Or would it come from the state we're getting married in.

I want to supply beer at the reception. I'm going to have roughly 150 people attending. I was wondering if anyone had an idea of how much beer on average is drank at a wedding?
